This photo is a two-stage textile waste recycling system. In the upper section, waste material is conveyed via a feeding belt and compressed by a compressing belt, then precisely cut by an upper knife and fixed bottom knife before being discharged through the outlet. The lower section shows the subsequent processing: the pre-cut waste is fed into a tearing cylinder via the feeding system, where it is shredded; non-textile parts and unopened pieces are separated, while the torn material moves to a sieving drum that filters out dust and short fibers, ultimately producing clean reclaimed fibres for reuse.
